Yoga Fundamentals - Spring 2026

Appropriate for yoga students who are familiar and comfortable with traditional foundational yoga poses and who are looking to increase knowledge, skill, strength, and flexibility in their practice.

- May 30, 2026 - Hips and Hip Flexors
- June 6, 2026 - Bound Twists
- June 13, 2026 - Adductors & Obliques
- June 20, 2026 - Hips, Twists, and Shoulders
