Yoga Fundamentals - Winter 2024

Appropriate for yoga students who are familiar and comfortable with traditional foundational yoga poses and who are looking to increase knowledge, skill, strength, and flexibility in their practice.

- March 16, 2024 - Seated Twists (59:28)
- March 23, 2024 - Seated Twists (59:30)
