Yoga Fundamentals - Summer 2024

Appropriate for yoga students who are familiar and comfortable with traditional foundational yoga poses and who are looking to increase knowledge, skill, strength, and flexibility in their practice.
Suggested props:

- August 24, 2024 - Back to School: Lower Leg Loops and Balance (59:55)
- August 31, 2024 - NO CLASS
- Sept 7, 2024 - Back to School: Thigh and Pelvic Loops (58:56)
- Sept 14, 2024 - Back to School: Shoulder and Head Loops (60:14)
- Sept 21, 2024 - Back to School: Standing Poses (59:26)
