Hello! Welcome to Yoga Fundamentals!

Due to some scheduling needs for the summer, this course will run from July 16 through the first weekend of August - the dog days of summer.

Each class has its own Zoom link; simply click on the appropriate date to find the access information for the class. The live classes begin at 9:00 am. I am usually in the classroom by 8:45 to help with set up, answer any questions, or just catch up.

Once the class has been held, I will upload the video plus any supplementary information. You have indefinite access to the course materials - you are welcome to stream it directly from Teach:able or download it if you would like to archive on your own device. Please make use of the discussion/comment section, too! The questions and answers will then always be with the video, should you choose to practice the class again.
